Dr. Thammisetty Hemalatha brings over two decades of dedicated clinical practice to Paripoorna Ayurveda Hospital. After completing her MD in Ayurveda with specialisation in Gynecology and Obstetrics (Prasuti Tantra & Stree Roga), she founded Paripoorna in 2006 with a vision of making authentic, classical Ayurveda accessible and respected.
She has personally guided thousands of patients through Panchakarma cleansing, fertility programs, antenatal Garbhasanskar care, and the management of chronic conditions ranging from PCOS and endometriosis to skin disorders and lifestyle diseases.
Dr. Hemalatha is known for her thorough Prakriti-based assessments, her insistence on genuine medicines, and her warm, patient-first approach. She speaks Telugu, Hindi, English and Malayalam — ensuring every patient feels truly heard and understood.
Beyond her clinical work, she actively trains the next generation of Panchakarma therapists at Paripoorna and continues to study classical texts to refine her practice.
